Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?
You play a detective following the trail of thieves from the V.I.L.E organization. As you travel to each location, you investigate the clues left behind, which give either the location where to travel next or to identify the thief you are chasing.
This educational game tests your general knowledge of different countries, the clues relate to facts and landmarks of major cities within each country. The intended way to play this game is by referencing the Almanac, which provides you with all the facts present in the game. Reading the game manual is also recommended.
